Signs should be up-- they're up in my pharmacy! It's not exactly unusual for people to have others pick up their scripts. Or god forbid, maybe they didn't drive? They should post signs like that. What if your mom had come in to pick up the script? They were really rude to you and you should report them to the main office or something. I know I would.
