		<description>awww- i know it's hard to start off with but once you get to the point where you are ONLY eating natural foods, you end up being less hungry because your body isn't A- looking for the strength it needs to digest fake foods and B- able to metabolize things more efficiently.  It's so wrong, though- isn't it.  Try doing fruits &#38; veggie sin season- cantaloupes smell like themselves when they're ripe, have an overall less greenish undertone when you look at them from afar and mush a little bit at the "scab" end when you press them.

Yippee for you for going to the extra trouble to eat right.  It can be a hard transition.  I think we're like 50% "real foods" here and I just can't imagine getting rid of fried things.  Ouch.  Good luck.</description>
