Roulette in Vegas
Dear Ashley,
My trip to Vegas this weekend for the Las Vegas, NV Tour de Cure makes me think of how I’m going to gamble away my money this trip.
When I was in Vegas for PostieCon I hit the slots with the girls, and I hit the roulette table with you, Colleen and Jim. Anything that Colleen said to me on that Friday night before PostieCon has left my head (except for the comment that she left saying “It’s one of the best ways to lose money in Vegas.”
When we sat down at that table, we said we were going to win big, neither of us did.
So, this trip to Vegas, I won’t be playing roulette, it won’t be half as fun as it was with you go back and forth asking each other “what are you feeling” and to answer each other back, “black”, “red”, “even”, “odd” and have the other one of us say, “yeah, me too”.
So this trip, I’m going to play the game that everyone said you’d lose money quicker than you’d win it, I’m going to play blackjack. I want to hear the words “winner winner chicken dinner” and I even have half a mind to see if my counting abilities are as good as I think they are and how long it would take and how much I’d have to be winning before I got tapped on the shoulder and told that I could play anything but the blackjack tables.
We’re gonna win big this time,
Courtney

Good Blog. I will continue reading it in the future. Nice layout too.

Wondering if Courtney has any money left right about now ;)
I lost $100, but it took me 2 hours to do it.
That was a favorite night of mine! I wanted to win tons of money so badly, but it just didn’t happen. Oh well, I’m confident I’ll win my millions soon enough.
